Welcome to Awana!

We are so glad you are interested in Awana and are signing up for this year's clubs!

Our first night will be a family night on September 2nd at 6:15pm. We will have dinner provided to your family at no cost. This is an important night to get all the information you will need for club this year, so please plan to attend. The Awana store will be open to purchase books and uniforms. You will have the option to pay by cash or credit card.

Family Night Meal

September 2nd is our family night, and a free meal is provided for you! This year, the meal includes chicken lasagna, bread, vegetables, and a cookie for dessert. Please indicate how many from your family will join us for dinner and if you have any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate!

I/We, the parents/guardians of the named Activity Participant{s}, hereby give my/our approval to participate in any and all activities, including transportation to and from the activities. I/We know that participation in and transportation to/from these activities may result in serious injuries, disabilities or death and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the Activity Sponsor, sponsor’s coordinator, organizers, supervisors, participants, and volunteers from any claim arising out of any injury to my/our child{ren} whether the result of negligence or for any other cause. Further, the Participant {or parent/guardian if Participant is a minor} gives permission for photos or video that may be taken of them during this public activity may be used in a lawful manner by Calvary Baptist Church for promotional reasons. Though intended to be honored wherever presented, this document shall be governed by the law of the state of Michigan.
