All volunteers are strongly encouraged to attend the training on August 26th at 6:15pm.

Mandatory training will include information on new schedule and space usage, volunteer and child safety protocols and club information on record keeping and group management. Volunteers who cannot attend this training will need to schedule a separate training time with their director. 

Join us for family night on September 2nd at 6:15pm. Free dinner is included and your help is needed! Dinner is followed by a parent informational meeting. During that time volunteers will play games with kids. There are also opporunities to help with clean up, the dinner service and store afterwards. 

Dinner will include white lasagna, a vegetable, bread and a cookie. Please note below how many from your family will attend and if you have any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accomodate. 

For t-shirts this year we will be using the same ones that we had for VBS. Please only note your size if you need a shirt ordered as you didn't have one for VBS. Tshirts are $10. 

Volunteers have the option of nursery care for children 0-1 as well as the puggles program for 2-3 year olds. Children who will be 3 as of September 1 and potty trained may sign up for Cubbies.
