New Family Registration Form

We are so glad you are planning to join us for the first time on Sunday morning. By filling out the below information we will have you in our check-in system. This information is for internal use only to ensure a safe experience for your child. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!

The children's check-in is located at the center of the church. This is where you will get your child's nametag stickers and information about check in and check out procedures as well as classroom locations. When you arrive a greeter can point you in the right direction.

Children's classes take place during the worship service at 10:30am. Children's classrooms open at 10:20am.

Class Descriptions:
Nursery: Birth through 3 years
Preschool: 3-5 year olds (Must be potty trained)
Children's Church: Kindergarten-Fifth Grade
